TEST LAB & CERTIFICATES

Tiandun physical and chemical properties laboratory has seven independent laboratories, including chemical analysis lab, quick test lab, ozone aging lab, hot air aging lab and rheology & Mooney lab etc. It is currently one of the most advanced laboratories in the industry . In addition, the materials test base of Qingdao University of Science &Technology is also located here. The comprehensive and muti-functional mechanical  laboratory center for fender products has 6sets of 1000 Ton, 500 Ton, 200 Ton and other compression testing, which can carry our performance tests for series of fender products such as direct vertical compression, angle compression, shear compression, 3000 cycles durability test and low temperature resistance, which makes it a first-class laboratory at home and abroad. 

Over the years, Tiandun has been continuously improving the formula and optimizing the design of the product structure to meet the requirements of marine fenders’ market for high-performance products.

In 2018, our factory and fender products passed PIANC 2002 factory approval certification and  type approval certification for the first time. TF, VF, AF tests and 3000 cycles durability test  passed again and certified by BV In 2021 as per PIANC 2002 Appendix A, and continuous annual audit for every half year.
