Established in 1999, Tiandun is a high-tech enterprise specialising in R&D, manufacture and sale of rubber marine fenders and retreading tires.

Full series of 30 types of rubber marine fenders with more than 200 specifications can be produced.  Our marine fender products have been supplied to all over the country and exported to more than 40 countries and regions in the world, Tiandun has been recognized by our customers as the trustworthy brand.

Fender structure & Design Technology
Fender Structure of Tiandun (geometry, deformation and energy absorption principle etc.), absorbed advanced foreign design philosophy, while keeping years of constant practice and innovation, and has formed Taidun proprietary technology. New series of fender products have been developed relied on the technical progress and improvements of better after-sales service.
Formulation design technology
The formulation of rubber compounds plays a vital role in the performance of rubber fenders.  Formulations of Tiandun fender products have integrated with foreign design concept, as well as more than 40 years’ practical application, have excellent physical and mechanical properties, aging resistant and long service lift properties, achieved a leading position world widely. 
Process design technology
All arch, element and cone fender products will be manufactured by cold injection molding technology, high-pressure injection and pulse technology, thus have the characteristic as good compactness, high inherent quality, high absorption energy, uniform performance, long service life and so on, which are first class fender products at home and abroad.
Automatic wrapping forming technology used for the production of all super cell rubber fenders, is our patented technology, and is much superior than the commonly used cold rubber sheet forming process technology, This technology has the characteristics of high adhesion, high rubber coherency, no bubbles, no delamination, which are first class fender products at home and abroad.
Quality Advantage:
TIANDUN is well known for strict quality management, from raw materials to finished products, 4-points processing inspection with network online monitoring. All finished fender products will be inspected as per  HG/T2866-1997, Chemical Industry of PRC and PIANC 2002.
